To deliver exceptional spa treatments and wellness experiences in a professional, safe, and welcoming environment while maintaining the highest standards of guest care, hygiene, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and create a comfortable atmosphere.
  • Conduct professional consultations to understand guest needs and preferences.
  • Deliver treatments according to spa standards and protocols.
  • Ensure guest safety, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Maintain excellent hygiene and sanitation in treatment rooms and equipment.
  • Promote spa products and services through genuine recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate treatment records and guest profiles.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in training sessions and continuously improve skills.
  • Follow all health, safety, and emergency procedures.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.


Specific Responsibilities

  • Perform massages, body treatments, facials, and wellness therapies according to training and certification.
  • Prepare treatment rooms before and after every service.
  • Ensure all products, linens, and equipment are properly stocked and maintained.
  • Recommend suitable retail products and future treatments based on guest needs.
  • Support daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Report maintenance issues or equipment faults promptly.
  • Monitor inventory usage and minimize wastage.
  • Ensure treatment timings are respected without compromising quality.
  • Assist in promoting special offers and wellness programs.
  • Contribute to achieving departmental revenue and guest satisfaction goals.

Guest Satisfaction Score: 90% or above

Team Work Support: 100% accurate

Quality Audit Compliance: 100% adherence to SOPs

Monthly Revenue: Meet or exceed assigned target

Attendance & Punctuality: 100% compliance

Training Participation: 100% mandatory completion

Record Keeping Accuracy: 100% complete and accurate
