Job Scope

To maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming spa environment while supporting therapists and ensuring guests receive an exceptional spa experience.

Key Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests courteously and assist with spa orientation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all spa facilities.
  • Ensure guest comfort by providing towels, robes, slippers, and amenities.
  • Follow all spa hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Support therapists and reception staff with operational requirements.
  • Monitor spa facilities and report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Replenish supplies and amenities in treatment and public areas.
  • Handle guest requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Participate in training programs and team meetings.


Specific Responsibilities

Guest Service

  • Escort guests to changing rooms, relaxation areas, and treatment rooms.
  • Explain spa facilities, rules, and wellness amenities.
  • Assist guests with lockers and spa amenities.
  • Ensure guests are comfortable before and after treatments.

Housekeeping & Hygiene

  • Clean and sanitize treatment rooms, changing rooms, showers, sauna, steam room, and relaxation areas.
  • Replace used linens, towels, robes, and slippers promptly.
  • Ensure all spa areas remain spotless throughout operating hours.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain cleanliness logs.

Operations Support

  • Set up treatment rooms according to spa standards.
  • Ensure adequate stock of spa supplies and amenities.
  • Assist therapists with room preparation and turnover.
  • Monitor laundry collection and distribution.
  • Support opening and closing procedures.

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all health, safety, and emergency procedures.
  • Ensure wet areas are safe and free from hazards.
  • Report accidents, incidents, or equipment malfunctions immediately.
  • Maintain compliance with sanitation and hygiene standards.

Maintenance Issues Reported: 100% Within Shift

Attendance & Punctuality: 100% Compliance

Training Completion: 100% Mandatory Training
