Job Scope
The Minibar Attendant is an operational role responsible for managing, replenishing, and tracking the food and beverage stock within guest room minibars across the resort. This role directly impacts property revenue and guest experience by ensuring that refreshments are consistently available, accurately billed, and perfectly presented in accordance with luxury resort standards. Operating on the front line of guest accommodation zones, the Minibar Attendant balances physical stocking tasks with administrative diligence, including daily consumption logs, stock reconciliation, financial charge postings, and strict quality control measures to eliminate product expiration and wastage.
