Job Scope

The Villa Attendant is an essential operational role dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and premium presentation for all assigned guest villas at the resort. Acting as a primary contact for room-level guest experiences, this role directly influences guest satisfaction by ensuring that bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and outdoor private areas are flawlessly serviced according to luxury standards. The position requires a high level of physical diligence, meticulous attention to detail during turnarounds, a proactive approach to logging maintenance defects, and an absolute commitment to protecting guest privacy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent cleanliness, systemic orderliness, and aesthetic presentation of all assigned villas.
  • Ensure all guest bedrooms, bathrooms, private living areas, and outdoor spaces match company luxury benchmarks.
  • Provide timely, prompt, and exceptionally courteous hospitality services to guests.
  • Replenish guest bathroom amenities, fresh room linens, and general room supplies systematically.
  • Follow strict occupational health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times.
  • Identify and report resort maintenance issues or damaged guest room fixtures promptly.
  • Protect and safeguard guest privacy, security, and personal confidentiality without exception.


Specific Responsibilities

  • Clean, sanitize, and service assigned guest villas comprehensively in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
  • Make guest beds professionally and change room linens according to the resort's standard schedule.
  • Clean and scrub bathrooms, balconies, open terraces, and localized common villa areas.
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and deeply sanitize all interior surfaces within the assigned villa footprints.
  • Refill essential toiletries, guest towels, internal minibar items, and customized room amenities daily.
  • Perform thorough inspections of villas prior to new guest arrivals and immediately following guest departures.
  • Document and report left-behind items to the lost-and-found department using standard company logging protocols.
  • Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and special housekeeping needs efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate dynamically with Laundry, Engineering/Maintenance, and Front Office departments to streamline room readiness.

Villa Cleanliness & Presentation Quality

  • Complete rigorous daily room cleanings to ensure pristine conditions.
  • Target: Achieve high scores on villa cleanliness and quality assurance inspection audits.

Guest Satisfaction & Sentiment

  • Deliver top-tier room care and friendly interactions to improve stay feedback.
  • Target: Attain excellent guest satisfaction ratings for assigned villa sections.

Room Readiness & Turnaround Efficiency

  • Work productively to complete departures and prepare villas for oncoming arrivals.
  • Target: Ensure 100% of assigned villas are fully ready and released before check-in cutoff times.

Cleanliness Issue Minimization

  • Pay close attention to corners, linens, and setups to eliminate oversight.
  • Target: Maintain a minimal count of guest complaints related to localized villa cleanliness.

Request Response Speed

  • Act immediately when a guest requests extra towels, pillows, or operational amenities.
  • Target: Meet targeted internal turnaround response times for all direct guest requests.

SOP & Standards Compliance

  • Adhere strictly to room setup setups, chemical dilution safety, and step-by-step cleaning rules.
  • Target: 100% compliance with established resort housekeeping and hygiene standards.

Attendance & Operational Reliability

  • Report on time for morning line-ups, shift briefings, and assigned coverage.
  • Target: Maintain an excellent personal attendance and shift punctuality record monthly.

Lost & Found Integrity

  • Package, label, and report items discovered during check-out sweeps immediately.
  • Target: 100% compliance with lost-and-found security and logging procedures.

Defect Mitigation & Asset Protection

  • Notice hidden engineering defects early and log work orders into the maintenance system.
  • Target: Achieve a continuous reduction in unresolved room defects and open maintenance reports.
