Imaam cum Team Laundry Attendant

Provide religious guidance and support to team members with primary focus on conducting the five daily prayers and maintaining the mosque, while assisting in the efficient operation of the staff laundry, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and timely processing of team uniforms and linen.

1. Religious Leadership & Duties

• Lead 5 daily prayers and Friday prayers (Jum’ah)
• Conduct khutbah on Friday & Eid prayer
• Lead Eid, Taraweeh, and religious programs

2. Spiritual Guidance & Welfare

• Provide counseling and moral guidance
• Support staff wellbeing and emotional support
• Promote discipline and unity

3. Laundry Operations

• Ensure timely washing, ironing, and delivery of uniforms
• Maintain quality standards in laundry services

4. Laundry Facility Management

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of laundry area
• Monitor machines, chemicals, and maintenance

5. Welfare & Accommodation Coordination

• Monitor staff accommodation conditions
• Follow up on maintenance and welfare issues

6. Engagement & Activities

• Plan monthly welfare and religious activities
• Participate in team engagement programs

• Laundry turnaround time ≤ 24 hours
